Vous aurez la chance de recevoir plusieurs formations de ventes, participer des incitatifs et concours organiss par le directeur des ventes et travailler dans un environnement dynamique entour d’une quipe passionne.Le poste offre un salaire de base gnreux, des commissions, bonus et possibilits de concours l’interne en plus d’assurance dentaire et mdicale ds votre entre en fonction.

Nous offrons galement 3 semaines de vacances ds jour 1 (au prorata de votre date d’embauche).Principales responsabilitsUtiliser des techniques de ventes pour identifier les possibilits de nouveaux clients.Effectuer des appels sortants de prospection.Communiquer aux dcideurs cls au sein d’une organisation les soumissions et propositions de vente.Dvelopper et maintenir des relations solides avec les entreprises pour augmenter les ventes existantes.Grer votre temps efficacement pour atteindre les objectifs et les indicateurs de ventes mensuelles.Planifier quotidiennement et hebdomadairement des tches pour atteindre vos objectifs.Prparer des soumissions, faire des dmonstrations et reprsenter la compagnie lors de confrences.Le candidat retenu sera un joueur d’quipe bilingue et possdera:Bonne comprhension du service la clientleBonne connaissance des produits (des formations sont offertes)Aptitudes btir des solides relations interpersonnellesBonnes techniques de ventes (cycles de vente et d’achat)Fortes capacits de ngociationsFortes aptitudes en relations interpersonnelles, aptitude laborer et excuter un plan de vente, aptitude utiliser une varit de technologies possdant un haut niveau de comptenceHabilets prouves en rsolution de problmes

Sales Representatives with Thomson Reuters work via the phone contacting and developing new business customers in addition to maintaining relationships with their current customers.

Account Representatives at Thomson Reuters will experience training, and a fast-paced exciting team environment.Position offers a generous base salary, commissions, bonus, and medical/dental benefits right from your start date.

We also offer 3 weeks’ vacation from day 1 (prorated to your start date).This position is responsible for:Utilizing proven sales methods to prospect and identify new clientsBuilding a book of business through outbound phone sales (cold calls)Communicating Thomson Reuters value proposition to key decision makers within the client organizationDeveloping, maintaining, and leveraging strong relationships with tax firms to grow existing salesManaging your time effectively to achieve monthly sales goals and metricsPlanning daily and weekly activities in order to achieve sales goals and metricsPreparing quotes, demos and tradeshows as necessary.The successful candidate will be a bilingual team player and will possess:Strong understanding of customersStrong product knowledge (training provided)Relationship building skillsSelling skills (sales cycle and buying cycle)Strong negotiation skillsStrong interpersonal skills, ability to develop and execute a sales plan, ability to use a variety of technology with a high level of proficiencyProblem solving-ability to understand, articulate, structure and solve client needsPresentation and communication skills: ability to deliver presentationsRequired Qualifications:Min of 2 years of experience selling technical products, preferably with a proven track record in prospecting, qualifying, and closing accounts via phoneExperience selling software is highly desiredStrong proficiency in English & French writing and verbal communication skillsHigh energy, self-motivated, enthusiastic, ambitious, goal-oriented, and success drivenStrong negotiation, organizational, and presentation skillsRecent college/university graduates with an interest in sales are also encouraged to apply.Vaccination policyIndividuals employed in this position are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and must complete an attestation to that effect in their first week as a condition of hire.
