If you’re dedicated to improving your skills and expanding your knowledge, you’ll fit right in here. This role reports to our Chief Revenue Officer and works closely with our Sales Team and other departments to ensure optimal operations. Job Duties & Responsibilities • Prospect and qualify new sales opportunities via outbound calling in adherence with the PACE inside sales process• Perform a minimum of 80 dials per day and 400 dials per week• Schedule three or more new business appointments per week• Effectively communicate the benefits of PACE’s unique services and manage prospect expectations• Set up and schedule new business appointments with qualified prospects for the Outside Sales Team• Provide timely responses to prospect inquiries and requests for information• Achieve and maintain a positive rapport with prospects and work to give them the best possible service• Manage your portion of data in PACE’s CRM system. This includes, but not limited to: o Entering new prospect information and prospect lists when available;* Identifying qualified and unqualified prospects with PACE defined designations;* Entering all notes and information from prospect conversations; and* Creating work through a daily list of sales activities in our CRM system.• Communicate and report sales activity using PACE reporting documents• Participate in weekly sales meetings and regular sales support group meetings• Complete assigned Inside Sales training programs via the Trumethods portal• Ensure all documentation and playbooks are properly maintained and updated• Participate in marketing initiatives• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal operations• Review IT publications and online materials to keep up-to-date with current/future technologies emerging in the industry• Learn and adhere to the Trumethods inside sales techniques• Participate in the Inside Sales Group activities• Attend other regular internal/external meetings as required• All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the CRO Job Requirements • Post-secondary diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Marketing; and/or 2-5 years of proven sales experience• Previous customer service experience and/or legal support experience is a strong asset• Previous experience working within the IT industry is preferred• Previous experience working with a Managed service provider is an asset• Advanced MS Office, CRM, and technical skills• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills• Professional, proactive, and personable telephone etiquette• Ability to adapt and respond to challenging situations, different personality types, and difficult client inquiries• Ability to solve problems independently, effectively, and efficiently• Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines• Ability to manage changing priorities effectively and efficiently• Strong team player spirit is a must Benefits of Working at PACE • Paid vacations• Base salary + commission• Profit share program• Comprehensive benefits program• Wellness program• Regular social events, inclusive of birthday celebrations• Professional development• Flexible working models• & many more employee perks! Additional Details You’ll work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, during standard business hours. This is a hybrid position, meaning you will be required to work in our Markham office as needed, but can also work remotely. A strong, reliable internet connection and access to a car are a must.
