The AP/AR Administrator will be responsible for full cycle AP matching, batching and coding invoices, resolving A/P issues, processing expense reports, updating and reconciling sub-ledger to G/L, and processing checks will be essential for this role.

They will also will be responsible for fully cycle A/R, progress billings, cash applications, collections, bank deposits, and AP processes.

This particular role heavily emphases customer service and the AP/AR Administrator will provide high quality customer service through calls and emails.

If you have excellent time management skills and take initiative in the work you do, as well as the ability to work with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines…this role is for you Key Responsibilities Responsible for full-cycle A/P and A/R Perform accurate and efficient data entry in accounting system Sort, log, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents Assist internal business partners with any customer services needs Carry out daily processes and controls accurately and on time, and ensure compliance with company policies Open, organize, and distribute department mail daily and other administrative tasks as required BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred Minimum 3 years of Customer Service experience Minimum 2 years of Accounts Receivable/Payable or Administrative/Clerical experience Excellent data entry skills; dexterity with accounting software Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Proven skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) If this is an opportunity that you are interested in and you have the appropriate background, please e-mail your resume to the attention of Nabiya at [Click Here to Email Your Resumé] .
