Tool and Die Maker – $32-38/hr + OT!
Our client in VAUGHAN in the automotive industry is looking to add a Tool & Die Maker to their team! Whether your licensed, an apprentice, or in the trade AND have 5+ years of hands-on experience and looking for a change, this role is made for you!

The Role:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on production tooling; maintaining progressive and transfer dies
- Assist in the implementation of CI suggestions on the production line
- Troubleshoot and repair dies in presses
- Review and complete tool service reports
- Review tooling at the end of a production run and determine die status
You Bring:
- Certified Tool & Die Maker (completion of apprenticeship and achieved Certificate) an asset but not required if significant hands-on experience
- Experience working on progressive and transfer dies
- Previous experience working with 400T to 1,600T presses is an asset
- Experience with building new tooling, blueprint reading, tool welding, and machining is an asset
