Pay Range: $30.47 – $36.56 per hour

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring gas availability and ensuring all customer attachment paperwork is accurate.

 

What You Will Do (Responsibilities):

 

· Determine gas availability and ensure all required customer attachment paperwork and forms from customers are complete and accurate prior to assigning to a Customer Connections Field Representative or Work Management Clerks for processing.

· Create Builder Start Sheets and Maximo work orders for initiating new main projects, new service requests, meter upgrades and commercial / industrial load-sheets as the need arises.

· Resolve customer connections concerns with internal and external business partners and maintain close working relationship to ensure information and concerns are communicated in a timely manner.

· Respond to customer inquiries and deal professionally with all end-user: customers, builders, architects, consultants, project managers etc.

· Support Customer Connections Field Reps daily by assisting with records corrections, creating files, following up with customers etc.

· Submit and revise approved funding expenditures (AFE).

· Update RIVA and IDF as required for project work.

· Other duties as assigned.

 

Who You Are (Qualifications):

 

· Secondary school education or equivalent.

· Excellent organization and customer service skills with proven mathematical aptitude.

· Ability to accurately read the company’s mains, services and field note records in addition to engineering drawings and plans.

· Basic knowledge of company attachment related functions and policies.

· Demonstrated previous excellent customer contact experience, including being able to interface and communicate both verbally and through correspondence with customers, builders, HVAC contractors, consultants, project managers etc.

·Proven computers skills; both PC and EGI systems (i.e. SAP, GISweb, Maximo, iviewer, IDF, RIVA, COMMS, CC Worksuite etc.)
