What we are looking for:
We seek to find a progressive Registered Social Worker/Registered Nurse who will be a progressive and engaging member of the Mental Health team, responsible for the provision of psychosocial supports and wellness services to OVH employees and professional staff including physicians and midwifes. This will include connecting with all clinical and non-clinical areas across all three sites of Oak Valley Health to meet the needs of those struggling with a variety of concerns including anxiety, PTSD, burnout, trauma and stress. The successful incumbent will be proficient at individual and group psychotherapy/counselling and an expert in facilitation of wellness activities including team huddles, rounding across the organization to build engagement and support as well as follow up post traumatic events, and cofacilitation of debriefs as indicated. The successful candidate will ideally have additional certifications in mindfulness, cognitive behavior therapy and be experienced at developing and facilitation group therapy sessions. The candidate will be expected to engage in needs assessment surveys, program planning and development, data gathering and evaluation. The role involves working with hospital inter professional teams as well as with community partners and agencies.

The successful candidate will be required to work flexible shifts to meet the needs of staff and physicians. This includes afternoon, evening or weekend availability. Schedules may change based on needs of the role.
Compensation:
Band I: $42.80 – $54.52 per hour
