Upon successful completion of the Critical Care Course, you agree to commit to a period of twenty four (24) months of employment at Oak Valley Health within the Surgical Services Program Level 2 Critical Care Beds.  If you resign during this twenty four (24) month period or decrease your status (from full-time to part-time or casual or part time to casual) you will reimburse Oak Valley Health for the tuition fees paid by the Hospital according to the following schedule:

The Hospital is authorized to deduct fees owing from your wages.

If you do not successfully complete the program, you may not be eligible to work in Surgical Services Program Level 2 Critical Care Beds.   We will endeavor to transfer you to a unit within the Surgical Services Program at the Markham site based on needs and your clinical experience and skills.   In addition you will be required to reimburse Oak Valley Health the full amount of the cost of tuition.
