SUMMARY ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Program Manager for the Radeon Technology Group’s (RTG) SOC team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for ensuring that new product development program execution is successfully driven in line with the project(s) scope, schedule, and budget. A key component of this role involves working closely with the Markham and India SOC teams as well as global IP teams to ensure continual forward progress is maintained, status reporting is timely and accurate, and key issues are driven with appropriate urgency. This is a cross-functional role that involves engagement across all engineering and business units to meet project objectives. This position offers deep exposure to industry leading Graphics, GPU Compute, Machine Learning, and related technologies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Delivering on all assigned program commitments from inception through execution
• Delivering assigned program(s) within POR schedule, budget and scope
• Driving incorporation of initiatives and process improvements at the functional, cross-functional, and corporate level into assigned program(s)
• Ownership of status reporting and issue messaging to key stakeholders, including senior executives

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 8-10 years program management or technical leadership experience
• Experience in managing complex, interrelated ASIC projects, programs, and functions; working

knowledge across multiple engineering disciplines is highly desirable

• Strong presentation, communication, and leadership skills; ability to lead technical discussions and up-level outcomes for executive-level status reporting
• Proven ability to multi-task effectively and manage competing priorities
• Ability to work in a large matrixed organization and achieve results via influence
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• BSEE (or equivalent) or MSEE (or equivalent) preferred
