If so, this might be the opportunity for you Our client in Markham is looking for an Senior Administrative Assistant / Executive Assistant for a temporary opportunity.

You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office.

The main duties of the role will include;
– Scheduling and coordinating meetings and conference calls with internal and external parties, including use of Microsoft Outlook Calendar, room reservations and catering;
– Preparing meeting agendas, typing and compiling minutes;
– Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software to prepare reports, memos, and documents;
– Act as the point of contact between the President and internal staff and external suppliers/donors/prospects/lay leadership;
– Processing all incoming and outgoing correspondence;
– Administering the organization’s policy and procedure document management system;
– Organize, circulate and track documents for signature;
– Develop and maintain an effective filing system;
– Develop and maintain a Policies and Procedures Manual for the organization;
– Plan, and effectively supervise the direct mail fundraising function for the organization;
– Other ad hoc administrative duties as required.

The successful candidate will have 2 years of Senior Administrative Assistant / Executive Assistant experience.
