As the Inside Sales Broker, your main responsibility will be selling Personal Lines Insurance while providing exceptional customer service. There is NO COLD CALLING in this role, the leads will be provided. This company has offices in two locations: Markham and Ontario, applicants for either are welcome. There will be an option to work from home a few days a week, after passing probation.


  • Managing inbound sales prospects (no cold-calling, only following up on the provided leads!)
  • Advising customers on different personal lines policies, ensuring they have the best coverage for their insurance needs
  • Following up on customer questions and quotes
  • Closing deals with a customer-first attitude
  • Working closely with over 15 insurance providers
  • Other related duties as assigned


  • RIBO license is a must
  • 1-2 years of experience in personal lines
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales
  • Must be exceptionally tech savvy
  • High level of customer service
  • Multi-tasking and prioritization skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Entrepreneurial and business mindset


  • $50,000 in base salary + commission
