Analyst, Digital Analytics and Optimization

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an Analyst, Digital Analytics and Optimization. This position is a one year contract role located in Markham Ontario, CA. The Analyst will reside within the CA Digital Enabling team and report to the Digital analytics & Optimization Manager. This role will focus on supporting Skin & Self Care Brands On November 12, 2021, Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Consumer Health business to create a new publicly traded company. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 24 months, and it will be subject to legal requirements including consultation with employee representative bodies, as required, and other customary conditions and approvals. It is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you will be an employee of an entity within the newly created Consumer Health company and your employment will be governed by that company’s employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes. The Analyst will lead the execution & delivery of Amazon Search, SA360, Social & Programmatic Reporting & Analysis for SH Brands and help enable agile optimization of campaigns on a timely manner. Collaborate with Digital Enabling team & agency planners to provide contextual insights & recommendations, to non-technical stakeholders such as Brands, for optimizing current & future campaign performance. Responsibilities • Support the delivery of the digital Ecosystem data stories/ reports measuring business performance across J&J digital ecosystem, including web, search, display, video, social, CRM and ecommerce. • Drive company’s data accessibility • Develop and maintain dashboards, automated alerts and reports for individual brand teams and franchise marketing teams • Work closely with the JJT, Agency partners and analytical suppliers on developing business requirements, quality assurance & auditing activities ensuring that measurement solution is maintained and meeting business needs • Proactively identify web site, programmatic, social, and search optimization opportunities. • Develop and implement best practices within the scope of digital measurement, reporting, insights, & optimization across all assets within the digital ecosystem • Educate J&J marketers and agency partners footprint by means of face-to-face training, documented case studies, formal presentations, and hands-on workshops Qualifications • Appetite to learn & curious to dig deeper into data for insights • Bachelor’s / University degree is required • Degree in marketing, finance or information technology is preferred • 3 years of Digital Analytics experience in Site Analytics, Search and Testing & Optimization is required • Experience with Amazon Search is preferred • Experience with Paid Media platforms (DV360, SA360, Trade Desk) is preferred • Experience with Social Business Manager Console (Facebook Business Manager, Pinterest) is preferred • Experience with GA360 and Google Marketing Platform is required • Experience with syndicated measurement is preferred • Passion for digital analytics, quality and performance, with a desire to be leading the evolution of performance marketing within Johnson & Johnson is required • Ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset, multi-tasking, and the aptitude to prioritize tasks is required • Analytical thinking to understand, analyze and synthesize large volumes of data and address complex questions into clear analyses and actionable findings and implications is required • Ability to manage people and expectations, and influence stakeholders effectively in a consultative capacity is required • Excellent data visualization and communication skills, including the ability to clearly and effectively communicate and present findings to stakeholders at all levels is required • Extreme attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills is required • Expert in Microsoft Excel, PowerPivot and PowerPoint is required At Johnson & Johnson, we’re on a mission to change the trajectory of health for humanity.
